Helping youth, parents, and educators break cycles, build identity, and step into purpose — through faith-based mental health education, coaching, and public speaking.
This work didn’t come from a textbook. It came from a life.
I lost both of my parents young, and the guardian who raised me was carrying their own mental health condition. By the time I was a teenager, depression had quietly moved in too. Becoming a trust-fund kid sounds like the dream — in real life it meant learning money, boundaries and grief on fast-forward.
I’m not interested in performing the pain. I’m interested in what you do with it. That’s the work I do now — walking with people through faith, mental health, money and identity, one honest conversation at a time.
You can find a coach on every corner of the internet. What you'll get with me is a person who has actually walked through the dark — and who refuses to coach without bringing God into the room.
Faith first — God is the foundation, not an add-on.
Holistic care — your mind, money and relationships, together.
Customised sessions designed around YOUR story, not a template.
Warm, funny and easy to talk to — coaching shouldn't feel cold.

I am truly grateful for having Ruth Tengecha in my life. During some of my lowest moments, especially when I was struggling with my mental health and dealing with challenges within my family, she became my safe haven. She created a space where I felt seen, heard, and understood without any fear of judgment. Her patience and genuine compassion allowed me to open up in ways I hadn’t before, and through our conversations, I was able to process my emotions and begin healing. She has a beautiful way of offering guidance without imposing, always reminding me of my strength even when I couldn’t see it myself. Because of her support, I have grown emotionally and found healthier ways to handle my relationships. Her presence has truly been a blessing, and I can confidently say she has made a lasting impact on my life.

I was going through a really confusing time in my relationship and honestly doubting my own worth. Talking to Ruth helped me see things more clearly and reminded me that I deserve better than what I was settling for. Their advice wasn’t just helpful it genuinely changed how I see myself and what I accept in my life. I’m in a much healthier place now because of that support

Prior to approaching Ruth, I didn’t know her at a personal level, but as a principle.
I was drawn to her genuine warmth and her impressive depth of knowledge in mental health.
It was her evident passion for the field that gave me the confidence to reach out to her about my own mental health struggles , a decision I am extremely glad I made.
What began as a conversation about family issues quickly expanded into valuable insights on finances, relationships, and mental health. I am forever gratefull I approached her
